Junior Engineer-Process

The position of Junior Engineer - Process is suitable for fresher candidates with a background in B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering), B.Sc./M.Sc. (Physics), or B.Tech (Electronics). As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities based on your educational background. For candidates with a background in B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering), your responsibilities will include monitoring the production line in collaboration with the QC department and process department. This involves constant monitoring of wet chemistry, furnace, and metallization processes. Additionally, you will be required to conduct thorough analysis using vision systems for quality control activities to minimize rejection rates. Collaborating with the process and QC teams, you will analyze solar performance and defects in rejected cells, ensuring steady performance by communicating with the respective process divisions. Daily reporting and submission to the reporting authority will also be part of your duties. For candidates with a background in B.Sc./M.Sc. (Physics), your responsibilities will focus on controlling process parameters in the Furnace division. You will be responsible for applying recipes in furnaces and conducting in-depth analyses. Recipe creation in correlation with optimized production lines, quality monitoring, and process control of furnace recipes will be essential. You will also be required to correlate deviations in solar cell performances with furnace processes. For candidates with a background in B.Tech (Electronics), your responsibilities will involve controlling process parameters of the wet bench machine. You will need to correlate solar cell IV with deviations in wet chemistry processes, maintain day-to-day process control, analyze results, and characterize samples. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting dozing analysis and creating recipes for the wet chemistry process.
