Junior Engineer, Plant Maintenance

As an Engineer at HARMAN Automotive, you will be part of a global, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance the driving experience. Your role will involve designing audio systems and integrated technology platforms, driving advancements in in-vehicle infotainment, safety, efficiency, and enjoyment. You will collaborate with colleagues to combine ingenuity, research, and engineering excellence to create innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Operations and Maintenance of utilities systems including HT & LT Systems, UPS systems, HVAC, Air compressors, DG Sets, ups, and Nitrogen support for Production function - Maintenance of Material handling equipments, FPS Systems, Access controls, and CCTV management - Coordination with Sub-contractors for execution of projects - Execution of New Projects/Layout Change, New Equipment Installation, MSEB Licensing, and Statutory compliances - Enhance safety environment and implementation of safety processes/systems - Maintain KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, 3C, 5S - Spares Management and Energy management - Implementing Certifications like OSHAS, TS 16949, ISO 50001, EMS, OEMs Specific certifications, EMS & Haz management systems, and Statutory compliance Qualifications Required: - Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering - 5 to 7 years of experience in Plant engineering function / Utilities systems operation and maintenance - Certification / License: C license / Supervisor License issued by Electricity board If you are successful in this role, you should be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in an office environment based on project dependencies.
