Junior Mechanical/Civil Engineer (Hiring Freshers)

1-2 Years Experience also Welcomed .

Roles & Responsibility

• Plan, execute, and manage project activities as per specifications and timelines.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and project reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and proper execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members for smooth project operations.
• Monitor material usage, maintain documentation, and report daily/weekly progress.
• Identify technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, project guidelines, and industry codes.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, work progress, and material consumption.
• Assist in preparing estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure safe work practices at the site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.
• Maintaining clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and managing resources to meet deadline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
