Junior Engineer (Civil)

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building projects, a strong command of measurements, conversions, and basic civil engineering concepts, along with working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site supervision, monitoring construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper conversions as required for execution and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow at the site.
• Verify material quality and quantities as per BOQ and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurement sheets, and daily progress updates.
• Support senior engineers in layout marking, level checking, and execution of structural and finishing works
• Assist in preparing basic AutoCAD drawings, revisions, and documenting site changes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of building construction processes.
• Good understanding of measurements, unit conversions, and basic civil calculations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and engineering practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech (Civil Engineering) completed.
• Minimum 2 years of building construction experience.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
