Junior Engineer

Job Title: Junior Engineer – Waterproofing

Location: Noida -63
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Department: Civil / Execution / Quality
Reporting to: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in waterproofing techniques and applications. The ideal candidate should be familiar with various waterproofing materials, application methods, and site execution processes to ensure the durability and protection of structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute waterproofing works as per site requirements.
• Inspect and prepare the surface before waterproofing applications.
• Ensure correct application of waterproofing systems like:
• Polyuria Coating
• APP Membrane
• Cementations Coatings
• Bituminous Coatings
• Injection Grouting
• HDPE/PVC Membranes
• Coordinate with senior engineers and contractors for work planning and execution.
• Ensure quality control and safety measures at the worksite.
• Maintain daily progress reports and material usage records.
• Attend client or consultant site visits and follow up on observations.
• Handle minor labor supervision and site workforce management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in waterproofing or related civil work.
• Good understanding of waterproofing products and site handling.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality checks.
• Ability to read basic drawings and site layouts.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with vendors or applicators of waterproofing materials.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic MS Excel and email knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,009.61 - ₹25,617.38 per month
