Junior Electrical Engineer / Technician

We are looking for a technically skilled Junior Electrical Engineer / Technician with hands-on experience in PLC, HMI systems, and electrical panel maintenance. The role involves day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical support to ensure smooth plant operations across various machinery and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine checks and maintenance of electrical panels, PLCs, and HMI-controlled systems
• Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns across production and utility equipment
• Basic panel wiring, relay testing, motor connections, and termination work
• Assist in uploading/editing PLC logic under senior guidance
• Maintain accurate daily maintenance logs and breakdown reports
• Follow all safety protocols while working on live systems
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to support smooth line running
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and audits
• Support shift maintenance or emergency breakdowns when required

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical or EEE
• Experience: 1–3 years in an industrial environment (preferably beverage/FMCG)
• Practical knowledge of PLC & HMI (Siemens, Delta, etc.)
• Good understanding of LT panel wiring and machine safety circuits
• Team player with strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and adapt to plant routines
• Should be flexible for shift or weekend work during peak season

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
