Intern/Trainee - Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Interns or Freshers to support on-ground sales initiatives, dealer mapping, and marketing campaigns. The role involves Field-level exposure, providing practical insights into market dynamics, distributor engagement, and customer behavior in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to retail outlets, dealers, and distributors/customers for lead generation and relationship building.
• Perform dealer/distributor mapping in assigned areas.
• Update daily visit reports and maintain CRM or Excel based trackers.
• Collect and report feedback from customers and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Freshers) or Final year student in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
• Ability to travel to field work across allocated areas.
• Good analytical skills and interest in data collection & reporting.
• Fluency in English and regional language (preferably Tamil)
