Job Description

As a Junior Electrical Engineer in our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electric motors used in air coolers. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for a motivated engineer like you to gain hands-on experience in the consumer appliance industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior engineers in designing and prototyping electric motors and electrical control systems for air coolers. - Conduct electrical tests, analyze data, and validate motor performance, efficiency, and safety. - Contribute to troubleshooting, fault analysis, and corrective actions on motor and circuit issues. - Participate in the installation, lab testing, and commissioning of new motor systems and air cooler units. - Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and maintain accurate records of design changes and test findings. - Support manufacturing and quality teams with process monitoring, inspection, and compliance checks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, manufacturing, procurement) to ensure a smooth design-to-production flow. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company engineering standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. - Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated with new standards, materials, and design practices in motor engineering. - Take part in continuous improvement activities by suggesting cost-effective and quality-enhancing measures. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Solid understanding of electrical principles, circuit analysis, and basic electric motor design. - Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and electrical simulation tools. - Hands-on experience (internship, project work) in wiring, PCB layout, and basic electrical testing preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Desirable Qualities: - Internship or academic project experience related to motor design, appliances, or manufacturing. - Knowledge of testing procedures for motors and appliances. - Enthusiasm for learning and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in electrical engineering. The work location is in person.,
