Position Overview We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality assurance functions of our electrical products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fundamentals, a passion for continuous improvement, and a long-term vision to grow within the company. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and optimization of electrical products and components manufactured under the Zenome Electric brand. Conduct routine inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Support production teams in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth assembly line operations. Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and documentation as required. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, UAE regulatory requirements, and international safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and operations to enhance efficiency and product reliability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, optimizing workflows, and enhancing product performance. Maintain accurate records of production activities, test results, and equipment performance. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a manufacturing or electrical industry environment is an added advantage. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficiency in basic engineering tools and software. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
