💼 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Indore facility.

As a Junior Doctor, you will work closely with senior fertility specialists in managing patient consultations, conducting medical assessments, and supporting treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in fertility evaluations, diagnostic tests, and treatment procedures.

Administer medications and monitor patient progress.

Support procedures such as IVF, IUI, and other fertility-related interventions.

Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Provide empathetic counseling and patient support throughout the treatment journey.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure high-quality care delivery.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

MBBS / BHMS / BAMS with valid registration (mandatory).

Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and patient management.

Foundational knowledge of fertility and reproductive health treatments (IVF, IUI, etc.).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork.

Highly organized and detail-oriented in handling clinical records.

Compassionate and patient-centric approach.

1–5 years of relevant experience (experience in fertility or women’s health preferred).
