Job Description: Developing original content ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with platform algorithms Producing a variety of content types, including videos, reels, graphics, and podcasts Managing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent publication across digital platforms Engaging with followers and building a community through regular interaction and content that encourages user participation Utilizing analytics tools to monitor content performance and adjust strategies accordingly Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and platform updates to optimize content reach and engagement Editing and refining content using digital tools to enhance quality and appeal Effectively manage content creation, social media, and digital campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of content creation, and social media management. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
