What you’ll do:

• Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
• Guide clients through bookings, rescheduling, payments, and onboarding
• Proactively follow up with leads to increase confirmed therapy sessions
• Keep accurate records in CRM and coordinate with psychologists
• Balance

You’re a fit if you have:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or client service (freshers welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree (any field; psychology knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (verbal & written)
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism when speaking with clients
• Ability to multitask across calls, chats, emails, and scheduling tools
• Comfort using G Suite, CRM tools, and Microsoft OS
• A
