What You’ll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and English
• Perform intake and psychological assessments
• Develop and maintain tailored treatment plans
• Keep clear, ethical clinical documentation
• Collaborate with fellow psychologists and support staff
• Contribute to wellness campaigns, workshops, or psychoeducational content

What We’re Looking For

• Completed full-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology. (Only candidates with full-time psychology education will be considered)
• 1–3+ years of experience in therapy and psychological assessments preferred. (Freshers with strong potential are also welcome to apply)
• Fluency in both Malayalam and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Must possess a compassionate, ethical, and collaborative mindset
• Only candidates with final degree certificates (Bachelor’s and Master’s) are eligible to apply
