Job Description

As a Junior Customer Relation Manager at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships while assisting in resolving queries and issues efficiently. Your support to the senior CRM team will be vital in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with customers. - Assist in managing incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries. - Guide customers through onboarding processes and services. - Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. - Gather feedback and communicate common customer issues for service improvement. - Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software. - Aid in the preparation of customer reports and performance metrics. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. - 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client-facing roles. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and develop in a customer-focused capacity. Preferred Skills: - Multilingual abilities are advantageous. - Basic comprehension of customer lifecycle and retention strategies. - Previous internship or training in a customer-centric role.
