Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Counselor located in Noida. The Junior Counselor will be responsible for calling, guiding students through the university application process, providing information about different courses and universities, assisting with visa applications, and offering test preparation advice. The role also involves maintaining student records, attending student counseling sessions, and updating students and parents on application statuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to counsel and guide students effectively
• Experience in student services or educational counseling
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software
• Familiarity with application and visa processes for studying abroad
• 0-1 year Experience in an EdTech or educational institution is a plus.
