Job Purpose:

The Junior Compliance Executive supports the Compliance team in monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a foundational understanding of corporate compliance, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring company operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports for internal audits and external regulatory bodies.
• Help investigate and document incidents of non-compliance.
• Track regulatory changes and assist in interpreting their impact on the organization.
• Assist in organizing compliance training and awareness programs for staff.
• Support senior compliance staff in ad hoc projects, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of compliance-related documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in compliance, legal, audit, or administrative roles (internships are acceptable).
• Skills and Competencies:
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
