Junior Compliance Analyst

The role of Junior Compliance Analyst at Technementals Innovation India Private Limited in Chennai involves playing a crucial part in ensuring the company's compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. As a motivated and detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive compliance reviews across various departments, analyzing client-facing communications, reviewing financial promotion materials, handling client complaints, and conducting recordkeeping reviews. Your key responsibilities will include leveraging automated alert systems to monitor compliance adherence, collaborating with stakeholders from different departments, escalating incident reports, following up on investigations, and recommending process improvements. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks effectively, and a meticulous approach with a passion for accuracy and detail are essential qualities for this position. Familiarity with regulatory requirements of FCA, ASIC, or CySEC, experience with Salesforce and Jira, and knowledge of the Python programming language would be considered advantageous. This is a regular full-time position with working days from Monday to Friday, based at the office located at SKCL Prime, Plot No-C46A, Cipet road, Fourth Floor, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Alandur, Guindy, Chennai - 032.
