Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal’s (SVKM’s) Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic (SBMP) situated in Vile Parle(west), is one of the premier Polytechnic in Maharashtra which is known for providing quality technical education at Diploma level and running continuing educational as well as training programs for working professionals. The institute is a grant-in-aid autonomous institution managed by the duly constituted Managing Council of SVKM and it is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). This institute established in 1963, has completed fifty-seven years in the field of technical education and training with the achievement of many milestones.

Shri Bhagubahi Mafatlal Polytechnic started with three diploma courses for more than 5 decades. With the backing from our experience and milestones our core strengths are now reflected in Implant Training for all the students of aided courses , Strong Industry Institute Interaction, Multi Point Entry Credit System, Academic Autonomy, Active Alumni Association, Community Development through Polytechnic Scheme, State of Art Instructional and Infrastructural Facilities among many more.
