Role:
As the ior Business Manager, you ll be at the forefront of expanding Teachmint s reach in your region. You ll execute strategies and build relationships to ensure that our mission of empowering education touches every corner of your cluster. The ideal candi will have a strong understanding of hardware products and solutions tailored to educational institutions. They will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities,
relationships with ision-makers in schools and universities, and providing customized technology solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage educational institutions including schools, colleges, and universities as potential customers to drive direct or partner-led sales.
- Conduct product de strations and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients/partners, effectively showcasing the features and advantages of our solutions.
- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes, including timely reporting, documentation, and analytics.
Skills & Competencies
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (preferred). Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and achieve results.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and stay outside the base location within Telangana, as required.
- Must have personal transportation (bike or car).
