Junior Brands Manager

JOB TITLE: JUNIOR CLIENT MANAGER

EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years

WORK MODE: ON-SITE

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage day-to-day communication with clients and brand partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the internal team and clients, ensuring clear, consistent updates.
• Lead brand conversations with strategic thinking and confidence.
• Understand client needs and align them with the team’s deliverables.
• Delegate tasks efficiently to team members and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all communications (internal and external) are professional, clear, and aligned with brand tone.

Qualifications:

• A degree in

  BBA or MBA

  (Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred).
• Prior

  internship or work experience

  in

  client servicing, brand management, or account coordination

  .
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and task delegation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a knack for taking initiative and solving problems.
