Junior BMS Commissioning Engineer

The BMS Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of various Building Management Systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. This role requires collaboration with project managers, MEP contractors, and clients for successful BMS implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and install DDC Panels as per project requirements, including internal wiring and termination. - Install and configure BMS software, create logic sequences, and bind graphics. - Review project specifications, drawings, and documentation to understand scope and requirements. - Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for commissioning activities planning. - Inspect and verify BMS component installations, perform pre-functional and functional performance testing. - Develop and execute test plans and procedures for BMS systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with BMS hardware and software. - Maintain accurate records of test results, issues, and resolutions. - Prepare and present commissioning reports to project stakeholders. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide training on system operation and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during commissioning activities. Educational Qualification: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. - Understanding of MEP services such as HVAC (Chiller System), Electrical, PHE, DGs, UPs, Various Ventilation Systems. Desired Skills: - Basic knowledge of Networking, IP Addresses, DHCP/Static IP Services. - Familiarity with applications such as Word, Excel, Google Sheet.
