Junior BIM Specialist (Archicad)

• Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior BIM Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Archicad for digital modeling from scan to BIM workflows.
• Candidates with proficiency in converting CAD drawings to Archicad models will be preferred.
• The role is ideal for applicants who demonstrate an understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and a willingness to learn and adapt within a collaborative team.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop highly accurate 3D BIM models using Archicad, starting from 3D scan data (point clouds) and CAD drawings.
• Convert and import 2D/3D CAD files (DWG/DXF) into Archicad, ensuring fidelity and data integrity throughout the conversion process.
• Interpret and process point cloud data for creating as-built BIM models suitable for renovation, retrofitting, and facility management projects.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, sections, plans, and elevations directly within Archicad.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM standards and client requirements are met.
• Participate in quality checking processes to ensure models align with scan data and documentation standards.
• Organize and maintain digital documentation following project protocols.
• Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years of experience working with Archicad in a professional or academic context.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the scan to BIM process: handling of point clouds, 3D model creation, and quality control. Experience converting CAD files (AutoCAD, DWG, DXF) into Archicad.
• Understanding of BIM concepts and project workflows. Familiarity with model LOD (Level of Development) standards in BIM projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical documentation.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience with both Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM conversions. Knowledge of construction industry practices and building regulations.
• Exposure to other BIM platforms (e.g., Revit). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
