Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Office Boyto support the day-to-day operations of our office. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, managing supplies, handling minor errands, and assisting with basic administrative and IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance & Supervision

Monitor the maid’s daily attendance and work.
Ensure the washrooms are cleaned twice dailyand the floors are mopped regularly.

Stock & Supply Management

Refill washroom and cleaning supplies (handwash, floor cleaner, Harpic, room spray, etc.).
Visit local stores (e.g., D-Mart) when stock is low to replenish cleaning items.

Facility Support

Report power outages to the building owner.
Notify HR or Hemanth Sir if inverter backup is also down.

Basic IT & Admin Tasks

Perform simple data entry/copy-paste tasks using a computer.
Visit CTCfor repairs or to purchase office hardware (CPU, monitors, etc.).

Monthly Visits & Errands

Monthly visits toSecunderabad, Kacheguda, Cherlapallito pick up or drop aunty ji.

Candidate Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with local routes and ability to run errands responsibly.
Ability to communicate politely and follow instructions.
Responsible and punctual with attention to detail.
