About the Role

Junior Backend Engineer (Fresher)

You’ll collaborate with our senior engineers to build APIs, manage databases, and develop scalable backend services used by logistics companies and drivers across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

🧩 Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs for key product modules.
⚙️ Collaborate with frontend and AI teams for data and service integration.
🗄️ Assist in designing and managing PostgreSQL databases.
💻 Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code.
🧪 Participate in agile sprints, debugging, and code reviews.
🚀 Optimize backend performance and scalability.

Requirements

Solid understanding of
JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals

Familiarity with

Good problem-solving and logical thinking.
Curiosity to learn modern backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have

🧠 Some experience with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS / Hetzner).
🔐 Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT / OAuth2).
🌍 Understanding of APIs or integrations (maps, payments, tracking).
