Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years Job Description (Simplified): Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering. Should know how basic automation devices work, like sensors, relays, contractors, and control panels. Able to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams. Familiar with devices like power supplies, terminal blocks, I/O modules, and signal converters. Experience with panel wiring, testing, and setting up hardware at project sites. Basic understanding of field instruments and signal types such as analog, digital, or 4-20mA. Should know PLC hardware (brands like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi). Basic PLC programming skills using Ladder Logic or FBD (Function Block Diagram) is preferred. Knowing how to design HMI and use SCADA software is a plus. Should understand communication protocols like Modbus, RS232, OPC-UA, and Ethernet/IP. Able to find and fix problems in PLC logic and automation systems. Can prepare documents like wiring diagrams, technical manuals, testing steps, and user guides. Knowing IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), MQTT, and gateway setup is an added benefit. Interested in or experienced with connecting automation systems to the cloud or edge devices. Should be a team player and help in designing and completing automation projects. Profile Expectations: Should be willing to travel anywhere in India for project work. Able to work in different types of industrial and site environments. Good communication skills in English and local language. Should not have any major medical conditions or allergies, as the work environment may sometimes be physically demanding or harsh (e.g., heat, dust, industrial noise, confined spaces, etc.).
