Job Description

You will be joining NH360 Solutions as a Junior Associate (Voice & Non-Voice) to handle FASTag operations, customer support, documentation, and vendor coordination. Your role will involve activating FASTags, verifying KYC documents, handling customer queries, maintaining records, and assisting in office operations. - Activate FASTags for customers. - Verify and upload KYC documents accurately. - Handle customer queries in person and over the phone. - Maintain proper records and documentation. - Coordinate with vendors for FASTag-related services. - Assist in day-to-day office operations and reporting. - Any Graduate with Good Computer Knowledge. - Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. - Basic Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. - Prior experience in technical support or customer handling is an advantage (freshers are welcome). - Ability to handle customers both face-to-face and telephonically. NH360 Solutions is looking for immediate joiners, both female and male candidates, for the position. The job offers day shift / morning shift with full-time, permanent, and fresher opportunities.
