Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting agencies.
Screen resumes based on client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates for further processing.
Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates to assess their fitment for open positions.
Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
Perform other non-core functions like data entry, scheduling interviews, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution.
Strong understanding of sourcing profiles using various channels (job portals, social media, networking) .
Excellent communication skills for effective telephonic interviews.
