Role Overview

The Junior Associate – Content Creator & Stylist will be responsible for ideating, curating, and styling

engaging content across digital platforms. This role requires a strong eye for detail, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in both content creation and styling for photoshoots, videos, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create content ideas for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Plan, organize, and style shoots (products, lifestyle, fashion, etc.) ensuring strong visual appeal.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay updated with content trends, digital storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.
• Curate props, looks, and backdrops to align with brand identity.
• Ensure content is optimized for various digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute brand campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, styling, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and styling work.
• Good understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.
• Excellent organizational skills for planning shoots and styling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
