We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to spearhead the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors software and be able to leverage it to optimize and streamline our HR processes.
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant responsibilities include understanding client needs, configuring the application to meet client requirements, providing training to users, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or defects.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure and test solutions to ensure they meet client needs
Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and usage
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide training to end-users
Resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner
Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and features
Qualifications
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
Experience with HR processes and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
