- Hands on experience in manual painting and paint mixing process.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawing
- Following the work instruction (Assembly operation sheet, Sop)
- Good knowledge in identifying and troubleshooting paint effect
- Have knowledge in Spray-painting, Intermediate coat & Top coat.
- Should have sound knowledge about pre paint process.
- Working knowledge of Poka-Yoke, Kanban, 5s, TPM, etc.
- Working on putty filling, sealant filling, metallic paint, polishing, etc
- Hands on experience in aerospce/ aeronautical industry
- Proficient in reading engineering drawing
- ITI (painter general is manadatory)
