Technical Drawing and Design: Creating and modifying architectural drawings using CAD software. Developing detailed construction plans and specifications. Providing technical assistance with design solutions and ensuring building codes are followed. 2. Project Support: Compiling and organizing technical data and documentation. Preparing feasibility studies and applications for regulatory approvals. Supporting site visits and progress checks. 3. Collaboration and Communication: Working with architects and other design professionals to develop project plans. Contributing to meetings with clients and authorities. Communicating design details and specifications to the project team. 4. Other Responsibilities: Assisting with building code reviews and ensuring compliance.
