Junior Architect

Job Description: You will be responsible for controlling projects from start to finish in order to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design. Your key responsibilities will include taking the brief to identify clients" needs, preparing feasibility reports and design proposals, developing ideas based on clients" requirements, buildings" usage, and environmental impact, creating detailed blueprints, making necessary corrections, compiling project specifications, maintaining budgets and timelines, ensuring that all works comply with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations, staying updated on architectural trends and advancements, possessing a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic and stylistic skills, having knowledge of building production details, rules, regulations, and quality standards, showcasing excellent drawing skills and proficiency with design software, understanding VASTU principles, having practical and technical knowledge of building materials, elements, structures, construction, and services, demonstrating coordination and interpersonal skills, exhibiting highly imaginative and creative thinking abilities, and possessing good communication skills.
