Jr. Quantity Surveyor

You will also assist in establishing client requirements and need to have strong numeracy, financial management skills, and the ability to learn design and costing software packages. Required skills for this position include good communication, report writing, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Additionally, you should have detailed knowledge of building and construction technology, processes, materials, business, and legal aspects.
