Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing architectural schematic/ statutory/ construction drawings etc. You will work closely with architects and other team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. exposure to interior design projects shall be an added advantage. Qualifications Experience in Architectural drawings is a must. Exposure to Interior Drawings shall be an added advantage. Proficiency in Auto cad is a must. Candidates with knowledge in Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Enscape softwares will be preferred. Role Description This is a full-time in-office role for a Jr. Quantity Surveyor, located in Chennai. Candidate shall have The primary day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budegtary estimates, deriving quantities from drawings, checking quantities at site, send out enquiries to vendors, verifying quotations, preparing comparative analysis and assisting the Sr. QS Engineer. Qualifications Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office, MS Excel Experience in quantification and preparing BOQ documents Strong analytical and numerical skills Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
