Company Description Arvind Varuna Associates (AVA), established in 2004, is a well-established architecture and interior design firm based in Chennai, India. The team consists of about 30 dedicated members who work on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, IT, restaurant, hotel, and school designs. AVA's work has received numerous awards and recognitions from contemporary architectural publications. Role Description This is a full-time role located in Chennai for an Architectural Draftsperson. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing architectural schematic/ statutory/ construction drawings etc. You will work closely with architects and other team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. exposure to interior design projects shall be an added advantage. Qualifications Experience in Architectural drawings is a must. Exposure to Interior Drawings shall be an added advantage. Proficiency in Auto cad is a must. Candidates with knowledge in Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Enscape softwares will be preferred. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Minimum qualifications required is Dip. Arch or ITI (Civil). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is a prerequisite. Show more Show less
