Jr. Quantity Surveyor

Job Description You will be joining Arvind Varuna Associates, a well-regarded architecture and interior design firm based in Chennai, India. As a Jr. Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include: - Preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) - Creating budgetary estimates - Deriving quantities from drawings - Checking quantities at the site - Sending out enquiries to vendors - Verifying quotations - Preparing comparative analysis - Assisting the Sr. QS Engineer To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office, and MS Excel - Experience in quantification and preparing BOQ documents - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills - Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus,
