Job Description:

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing project sites to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Their key responsibilities include:

1. Site Management & Supervision

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their progress.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

2. Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure workers wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safety protocols.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure work meets required standards and project specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections.
• Report any defects or necessary corrections.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Communicate with project managers and senior staff about site progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

5. Resource & Material Management

• Monitor and manage site materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and usage of construction materials.
• Keep track of inventory and report shortages.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, including attendance, work progress, and safety reports.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports.
• Handle documentation related to permits and inspections.

7. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

• Address any site issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Make quick and effective decisions for site management.
• Implement contingency plans when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
