Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Architect, located in Salem with some work from home acceptable. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, drafting plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The candidate will participate in project management tasks, including site visits, compliance checks, and integration of architectural elements. Daily activities include preparing design proposals, developing technical drawings, and supporting senior architects in various projects.

Qualifications

Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
Experience in Project Management
Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architecture
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
Passion for sustainable and innovative design
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
