Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Salem. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural planning and design process, preparing and reviewing submittals. The role also involves managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Project Management
• Knowledge in CAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion and Photoshop
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Salem
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional Architect license is a plus
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare project design and execution
