Responsibilities

• Design Development

  : Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.

• Project Coordination

  : Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and effective execution of project plans.

• Drafting and Modeling

  : Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software tools.

• Site Visits

  : Participate in site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges.

• Documentation

  : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and correspondence.

• Software Proficiency

  : AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS-Office, Primavera

Requirements

• Experience

  : 1-2 years of experience in architecture, ideally within the real estate sector.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field.
