Role Overview

This role is for a

creative and forward-thinking Junior Architect

who is passionate about design innovation and execution excellence.At ODF Group, architecture is not limited to drawings—it leads the project. As a Junior Architect, you will be involved from concept design to site execution, working closely with structural, civil, and project teams to translate bold ideas into buildable steel structures.Working with steel and innovative systems means every design is innovative, technically engaging, and a true career breakthrough opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts and convert them into detailed, executable designs
• Work on front-end design development, shaping the identity of each project
• Prepare design drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings for execution
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained on-site
• Participate in design reviews, material selection, and detailing
• Designs in different materials like steel, prefab, and LGSF and other innovative construction systems
• Ensure each project delivers a unique architectural outcome, not repetitive designs
  

Project Exposure

You will work across a wide range of projects, including:

• Residential villas & weekend homes
• Commercial buildings
• Hospitality & resort projects
• Educational & institutional buildings
• Every project is different. No templates. No copy-paste architecture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Minimum 1+ year of professional experience
• Skills: Strong creative thinking, conceptual clarity, and detailing ability
• Languages: English & Malayalam
• Ability to develop detailed and thoughtful design solutions
• Willingness to learn and work with steel, prefab, and LGSF systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills
