Junior Architect

For our office in Mumbai, we are looking for talented and highly motivated architects based in Mumbai with at least 2-3 years of practical experience.

The candidates should have:

• a strong sense of design philosophy.
• excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
• the capability in communicating and visualising concepts (by hand and / or by computer).
• proficiency in preparing design drawings as per client’s brief.
• knowledge of preparing design presentations, material mood boards, BOQ’s and detailed GFC drawings.
• excellent coordination skills, effectively coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and manufacturers.
• the ability to carry forward a project from concept to construction with thorough detailing and specifications.
• the ability to strictly manage project budgets and work towards meeting tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
