Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Kochi. The Junior Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, collaborating with the project team, and ensuring integration of various project components. Daily tasks include drafting plans, developing project frameworks, and managing timelines. The role requires consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proficient in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site full time
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensure or certification in architecture is a plus
• Previous experience in a boutique or design-focused architectural firm is advantageous
