Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Kochi. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and ensuring that all specifications and requirements are integrated effectively. Day-to-day tasks include project management, coordinating with clients and team members, and overseeing the implementation of architectural designs. The Architect will also be involved in the review and approval of project plans and construction site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
