We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Architect with hands-on experience in residential design and execution. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting senior architects in delivering high-quality residential projects.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and developing residential design proposals.

• Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure project alignment.

• Conduct site visits for design verification, measurements, and progress monitoring.

• Support the preparation of BOQs, design reports, and client presentations.

• Ensure compliance with building by-laws, standards, and project requirements.

• Work closely with the project team to deliver designs within timelines.

🔶 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential projects (apartments, villas, or individual houses).

• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion, and basic Photoshop.

• Strong design sense and understanding of residential planning principles.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
