Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts that align with client requirements and budget constraints.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
• Conduct research on materials, products, and design trends to ensure innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes.
• Assist in coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
• Support the procurement process by assisting in sourcing and selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E).
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A combination of education and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, proportion, and spatial relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing academic projects, design work, or relevant experience.
