Junior Architect

The Junior Architect supports the architectural team in the design, development, and execution of building projects. This role involves drafting, modeling, site coordination, and assisting with technical documentation while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior staff. The Junior Architect plays a critical part in translating conceptual ideas into buildable solutions, ensuring design integrity and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of design concepts, drawings, and 3D models.
• Prepare construction documents including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Support design presentations through diagrams, renderings, and layout boards.
• Conduct research on building codes, zoning laws, and materials.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout project phases.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits.
• Ensure that design output aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow file naming protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• 0–3 years of experience in architectural design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and innovation.

Pay: ₹11,113.33 - ₹30,000.00 per month
