Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and implementing architectural projects. You will be involved in architectural design presentations, site visits, coordination with contractors and consultants, as well as preparing construction drawings and models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and developing architectural concepts, designs, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, measurements, and design implementation.
• Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including BOQs, material specifications, and client reports.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Ensure that all designs meet client expectations, safety requirements, and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Knowledge of architectural rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, 3ds Max) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Prior internships or work experience in architecture is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion).
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Understanding of sustainable and green building practices.
• Ability to create detailed material and finish boards.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to clients.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
