• B.Arch (AutoCAD certification preferred)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in architecture and design
• Proficiency in English (Hindi is an advantage)
• Pre-sales experience with Principal Architects and Business Heads is considered an added advantage

• Handle independent projects with ownership and accountability
• Create detailed design layouts and architectural drawings
• Prepare technical drawings, primary and secondary layouts
• Develop and present design proposals to clients, including mock-ups and renderings
• Support project execution with site visits and client interactions

• Translate client requirements into practical architectural designs
• Apply space management techniques for effective layout planning
• Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through completion
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams until project closure
• Prepare high-quality drawings and presentations to support proposals

• AutoCAD

• Photoshop
• Lumion (for rendering)
• Understanding of landscape architecture principles

• Strong grasp of space management and layout planning
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to client needs
