We specialize in traditional construction techniques using red bricks, teak wood doors, and river sand. With over 50+ projects completed and 750+ happy families, we are now expanding our architectural team.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Architect / Draftsman, your core responsibilities will include:

Design & Drafting

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings, detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Translate conceptual sketches and structural layouts into detailed architectural blueprints.
• Work closely with the senior architect and site engineer to ensure technical accuracy and practicality of drawings.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure design compliance on-site.
• Conduct site measurements, prepare as-built drawings, and support field modifications as needed.

Documentation & Detailing

• Create BOQs, door-window schedules, and drawing registers.
• Ensure architectural detailing as per standards, including joinery, civil finishes, and Vastu compliance when required.

Material Knowledge

• Have a basic understanding of materials like red bricks, granite, tiles, sanitaryware, and wood for precise detailing.

Approval & Revisions

• Revise drawings based on client or engineer feedback.
• Assist in preparing drawings for CMDA / DTCP / RERA approvals.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E Civil / B.Arch / ITI in Architecture or Civil Drafting.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or junior architect roles, preferably in residential apartment or low-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. (SketchUp or Revit is an added advantage.)
• Good understanding of traditional South Indian construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic communication in Tamil is essential for site coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
